The new Annie’s Canyon Trail is becoming popular with hikers in the area, and it is hoped that by making the area more accessible to the public, it will no longer be seen as a desirable location for illegal activities.
The trail is located between the N. Rios Avenue trailhead and the Solana Hills Drive trailhead in the southwest region of the Reserve. Although official maps have not yet been updated, the new trail is relatively easy to find.
